You can wear it from the 10 o'clock position (the other side of the appendix carry) all the way to the 5 o'clock position (just before the center of the back).

This ensures flexibility and comfort to accommodate different carry preferences.

However, please note that the holster performs best in the appendix carry position.

Holster will accommodate up to a 1.5" gun belt.
(A 1.5" gun belt is recommended for best results)
